CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy: At Faces By Frankie, operating under the name Moon Flower Beauty Bar, we value your time and respect our commitment to providing exceptional service. To ensure the smooth operation of our business and to accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Window: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client in need of our services. 2. Late Cancellations/No Shows: In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours' notice) or a no-show, clients will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the scheduled service cost. 3. Grace Period: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Therefore, we offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you anticipate being late, please notify me as soon as possible at (440)-558-6515. If you arrive within the 15-minute grace period, we will do our best to accommodate your full appointment duration. However, if you arrive later than 15 minutes, we may need to reschedule your appointment and the cancellation fee will apply. 4. Consent for Photography: During your visit to Moon Flower Beauty Bar, we may take photographs or videos to showcase our work on our website, social media platforms, or other promotional materials. By scheduling an appointment with us, you consent to the use of these images for marketing purposes. If you have any concerns about this, please let us know in advance. 5. Unpaid Late Fees: If you have any unpaid cancelation fees, please understand you will not be able to book an appointment until the late fees are paid. Further more future appointments may be canceled until the unpaid cancelation fee is paid. 6. Policy Acknowledgment: By booking an appointment with Faces By Frankie at Moon Flower Beauty Bar, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our cancellation policy.
