Hi, I’m Frankie! I’m a 18x certified, licensed advanced esthetician with 2X lash licenses, specializing in offering natural, holistic alternatives to traditional beauty services. My passion lies in providing you with treatments that enhance your natural beauty while prioritizing your skin’s health and well-being. In my practice, I offer a range of chemical free keratin brow lamination and lash lifts, and UV/light-cured lash extensions—ensuring the highest standards of care and results. All of my waxing is done with vegan skincare infused wax, and I also do vegan aloe based spray tans! In the treatment room I use clinical and pharmaceutical-grade natural skincare to deliver exceptional results, while supporting the integrity of your skin. I specialize in acne and what comes after it! I had acne myself so I understand it personally and professionally. I believe in the power of combining modern skincare techniques with holistic practices. In my treatment room, I integrate aromatherapy, sound, and Ayurvedic techniques to create a serene, results-driven experience tailored just for you. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Faced By Frankie LLC, we value your time and respect our commitment to providing exceptional service. To ensure the smooth operation of our business and to accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy and general policies below. ⸻ 1. Cancellation & Reschedule Policy 1. Cancellation Window: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client in need of our services. 2. Late Cancellations/No Shows: In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice), a reschedule within 24 hours, or a no-show, clients will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the scheduled service cost. 3. Grace Period: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Therefore, we offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible at (440)-558-6515. If you arrive within the 10-minute grace period, we will do our best to accommodate your full appointment duration. However, if you arrive later than 10 minutes, we may need to reschedule your appointment and the cancellation fee will apply. 4. Card on File & Unpaid Fees: If you have any unpaid cancellation fees or if the card on file is declined when fees are charged, you will not be able to book another appointment until the balance is paid. Future appointments may also be canceled until the outstanding fees are resolved. 5. Repeat Offenses: Multiple cancellations or no-shows may result in being blocked from booking future appointments. ⸻ 2. Guest Policy • I ask you come to your appointment alone for many reasons. If you bring a guest, they will be asked to wait outside of the treatment room for the duration of the appointment. • The only time this rule will not apply is if you are a parent/guardian bringing in a minor. ⸻ 3. Age Requirements • No intimate services (Brazilian waxes, vajacials) are performed unless you are 18+. • Bikini waxes are permitted for clients 16+ with a parent/guardian signature and the parent/guardian must be in the room during the service. ⸻ 4. Lash Extension Health & Aftercare • Lash extensions require proper aftercare and hygiene. If you are not providing proper aftercare and arrive with buildup or conditions that pose an infection risk (e.g., lash mites, severe irritation), I will not perform a full lash fill until the issue is resolved. • A removal and new set may be required, with applicable service fees. ⸻ 5. Right to Refuse Service • Faced By Frankie LLC reserves the right to deny service at any time for any reason, as we are a private business. • Reasons for refusal may include inappropriate behavior, suspected infections, repeated policy violations, or disrespectful conduct. ⸻ 6. Respect for Staff • I expect anyone seeing me or my staff to treat us with the same respect we show you. Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in being blocked from future bookings. ⸻ 7. Consent & Liability Waiver • I understand that services such as facials, lash extensions, waxing, spray tans, and skincare treatments carry potential risks, including allergic reactions, irritation, or injury. • I release Faced By Frankie LLC, its owner, and staff from all liability for any adverse outcomes related to services or products. • I confirm I have disclosed any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, allergies, or medications that may affect services. ⸻ 8. Refunds & Adjustments • I understand that all services are non-refundable due to the nature of the work. • If I am unsatisfied with a service, I must notify Faced By Frankie LLC within 48 hours. Any adjustments are at the sole discretion of the provider. ⸻ 9. Discounts • Discounts cannot be stacked on top of each other, and only one discount can be used per appointment. • Even if multiple services are received in the same day, only one discount will apply per appointment. ⸻ 10. Photography & Media • During your visit, we may take photographs or videos to showcase our work on our website, social media platforms, or other promotional materials. • By scheduling an appointment with us, you consent to the use of these images for marketing purposes. If you have any concerns about this, please let us know in advance. ⸻ 11. Policy Acknowledgment By booking an appointment with Faced By Frankie LLC, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all policies listed above, including the cancellation and reschedule policy.
